Descending to the Lower Deck, diners will enter an enchanting indoor zone where private events can also be held for glamorous gatherings, talk-of-the-town parties, wedding receptions and more, safely sheltered from the elements. The interior of the Sirimahannop has been decorated with timeless and elegant décor, historic photographs, and everyday utensils that vividly showcase life of the old glorious days.
Sirimahannop invites you on an epicurean adventure, with creative mixology and shared plates that reflect the ship’s historic global trade routes, with a fusion of the finest ingredients from Thailand, Europe and the ports-of-call along the journey. Chef Pakpilai (Som), the Head Chef at Sirimahannop, is an expert in fusing Thai flavors with international influences. She uses high quality produce and seeks out exotic ingredients to create innovative dishes that cannot be found anywhere else. She prepares a selection of outstanding à la carte dishes, including seafood tower, grilled lobster, caviar platter, pan-fried wagyu striploin and chocolate pudding.
